We were tasked with exploring what the modern frontier meant in the world of tattooing. There was no better way to do so than to get into the minds and worlds of some of Canada’s greatest artists. The artists that consistently push the boundaries of what a tattoo should be. 

We met up with each of these artists and learned their stories, before asking them each to create a one-of-a-kind piece that demonstrated their idea of the modern frontier. This lead up to an event where each piece was on display, and a floor where these artists could be celebrated.
